All you have to do is go to the wiki page with your images, edit the image code (will be <img:blahblahblah>) and paste it here.

Nothing hard :)

2007-09-12 [Jitter]: By the way, you will also need to upload a proof photograph. That is the same picture but with an added sock in it (see the main contest page for it) And if you have a bigger picture it would be great too :)
